Admission into Osei Kyeretwie Senior High School (OKESS) is highly sought after, as the school has a reputation for academic excellence, cultural richness, and sporting achievements. Students are admitted into Form 1 after the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), while transfer students may join at Form 1, 2, or 3, depending on available spaces.
